He was able to diagnose and sort out my pool algae problems within a day after I experienced months of issues. He also made time to replace my pool equipment the next day which I appreciated. My pool has honestly never looked better and our friends comment on how much more pristine and clear it looks. Also shout out to Bianca who helps with his emails and admin - thank you both!

Bianca got back to me immediately and informed me that Rich would come up next day to investigate ( which was a public holiday ). Rich found that it was a filter cartridge problem and all I needed was a new one plus he didn`t charge me the full callout cost as he didn`t need to replace anything. Fantastic customer service from a genuinely great couple and I would recommend them to anyone requiring pool care
