Last year we purchased a spa. After much research we found the ideal locally made product and a distributor here in Perth. After the initial setup we were provided some chemicals, test strips and basic ongoing maintenance instructions. I struggled with the test strips and the ‘approximate’ quantities given for chemicals. The results were inconsistent and frustrating. If we did not keep our water optimal we could void the warranty for our very expensive spa and I was at my wits end - surely there was an easier way. When it comes to water chemistry, many owners, like me, are clueless, but Tracey & Melissa and the friendly Team at Poolwerx, Waikiki walked me through each step of the treatment plan they provided and explained everything, exactly which product I needed to use and when and how to proceed. They also diagnosed an annoying sudden cloudiness issue promptly and we successfully treated it. Our spa is now consistently crystal clear, quicker and easier to maintain, healthy and worry free. I'd like to add that the tests cost them money yet they provide the service for free, every time, with no obligation to purchase. I have slowly replaced all my original chemicals with Poolwerx product as I have chosen them as my trusted water treatment specialists and this is how I show them loyalty and respect for their excellent ongoing service and advice. We feel much safer now Poolwerx, Waikiki are monitoring our water chemistry. I don’t stress or struggle any more, I know I have reliable testing and advice that I can trust. We have utilised the services of Rockingham Poolwerx since the purchase of our house in Waikiki in early 2008. I being a FIFO worker, working away 2/3 of the year & Pauline working full time. Neither of us had the time to fully maintain our pool and as Poolwerx maintained the pool for the previous owners it made sense to utilise them. The condition of the pool was a major factor in this as the property had been vacant for a number of months prior to purchase as the previous owners had moved overseas. As such we have watched the business grow from basically a husband and wife team to opening the shop and to where it is today. I have to say that since the very start of our association we have been totally impressed with the level of service, knowledge, advice and professionalism not to mention the cost. EXPANSION I have to admit that we were somewhat apprehensive that the opening of the shop and subsequent expansion of personnel could effect the outstanding service we had received up to that point. However. This was not the case, in fact totally opposite. The service we are still receiving has never changed despite the increase in staff. The shop has added another dimension to the services available and it truely is a one stop shop for all our pool requirements. The shop is well laid out, products are easily identifiable, pricing is comparable to any to any top line brands and of course you only get what you pay for. The condition of our pool is testament enough for this. The specials from time to time are especially impressive and we have taken advantage of these often. THE PEOPLE Everyone involved with Poolwerx Waikiki are always very neat, friendly, happy, especially knowledgeable and professional. Not one of them are pushy type sales people just genuinely nice people and this coupled to quality products is a success formula that every business should aspire.
