Excellent service from Balboa SPA Tech Services. Leigh went well out of his way to help me with my Balboa SPA controller upgrade, even though he only supplied the controller and didn’t do the installation himself. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and supportive every step of the way. Everything is now working perfectly. Highly recommend👍.

I recently ordered a new Spa controller board and Balboa display from Leigh and i must admit at first i was a bit worried ordering the hardware online and installing it myself but Leigh was amasing (and key) to a successful installation. He helped me install all the hardware an was there every step of the way. Not only was his pricing good but his after sales support and assistance is above and beyond. I completely recommend Leigh to all customers.

An awesome experience with these guys. Can't speak highly enough of Leigh and his team for sorting my spa issue out. Leigh was readily available, very professional, knowledgeable and patient, helping out no drama's with multiple phone calls walking me through different tests to diagnose the issue and sourcing the correct parts I required. Postage of parts were fairly quick especially for this time of year and the team ensured everything arrived before Christmas. Excellent warranty on parts supported by them. Can't fault the service and expertise with this business. Highly recommend to anyone with spa issues and replacement parts. Very happy customer here and the spa is up and running ready for Christmas! The team are absolute legends and saved us a lot of money!! We had two different spa companies quote on why our spa wouldn't turn on anymore... one quote $2200 new control box and touchpad, second quote $1800 new control box no touchpad as we might be able to use our old one... Balboa Spa Tech Services sent a technician out and we thought "here we go again" the technician removed a faulty fuse and put in another fuse spa turned on straight away total cost $220.00 spa has been running brilliantly since!!! and they even sent out 2 new filters as the technician said, "it was awkward to charge a call out and diagnostic fee for an $8.00 fuse!!" amazing how much money we saved using your company and we will recommend everyone to you as the honest diagnostic and on the day fix from their technician was outstanding!! keep doing honest business team and you will go a long way; it is also great to see a company become one of the top-rated spa companies in all of WA

Had a few problems with my spa and contacted balboa pools and spas. From start to finish they have been great from fault finding to problem solving they have been fantastic aswell as very competitively price and helpful with different options to fix the problems I would not hesitate to recommend they're services.
