Highly recommend Bucaneer Pools. Very easy process from enquiry to contract signing. Communication was very good, competitive pricing, great add ons included. We are very excited for our upcoming install date!

Great place to get a pool. I put in requests yo every pool company in Perth and Bucaneer pools came back very efficient and thoroughly went through every poo detail and products that come with the pool. Explained everything thoroughly. By the time other pool places got back i found buccaneer was better priced and value for money. Our sales person James went through everything over the phone and answered every question and even still happy to answer every question. Gave us time to decide and time to pay a deposit was not pushy at all. Glad we did and dont regret choosing buccaneer. Cant wait to have our pool installed. Need to just decide on pool heating and robo cleaners.

I recently reached out to Buccaneer swimming pools for a quote. There was absolutely no delay in getting a quote from James. The quote was competitive and included everything we needed. I've never owned a pool before however James was able to answer all of my questions and explain things clearly for me to understand. I'm very excited to have pool installed in future and will add photos once it's done.

We’re really happy with our new Catania pool from Buccaneer Pools. The process from sales through to installation was smooth, and although a couple of small adjustments were needed before handover, the team fixed them quickly once raised. Everything is working well so far and we’re very pleased with the result.

Buccaneer Pools have been wonderful to deal with from start to finish. I dealt with Kevin from the Joondalup showroom and he couldn't have been more helpful. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond in helping me with all my queries, even when he was away on holiday. Highly recommend Kevin!! Luke, the Site Supervisor of the install, was also fantastic to deal with and there wasn't anything he couldn't sort out. If you're considering getting a pool installed, I would absolutely recommend Buccaneer.
