We are very happy with our experience with Factory Pools Joondalup. Everything ran on time and to schedule, which made the whole process stress-free. Communication was consistent and any potential setbacks were explained to us well in advance, which we really appreciated. The only hiccup we had was an issue with our pump, but this was quickly rectified under warranty. Ben was excellent in the initial planning stages and during site visits, providing clear advice and guidance. A special shout-out goes to Rachael, who was absolutely fabulous throughout. She kept us updated every step of the way, followed up promptly when our pump was being replaced, and made sure the third-party company did everything required. Her professionalism and genuine care stood out. Overall, we are very pleased with the entire process and would happily recommend Factory Pools Joondalup to anyone considering installing a pool.

Everyone was easy to deal with. Ben from Factory Pools Joondalup came to our home and help with getting the right pool design for our awkward backyard shape. Lots of communication and always happy to answer any question we had. The install team was great organising the install to fit with our work schedule. As we had to use rear neighbours yard for access and we had a dig delay with hitting rock they were able to get everything sorted promptly for us.

I had nothing but clear communication throughout the whole experience from first conversations with Ben at Joondalup, through to pool handover. The installation went smoothly. Everything works well. Great team. Loving our new pool.

The sales team were excellent with their suggestions, advice and knowledge. The install had a few hiccups, however these were managed in a timely manner. The team has been very helpful post install as well. We are really happy with the end product. Thanks Factory Pools.

A great experience in installing my pool. Service from the sales rep, Ben Kettle, was amazing, and every question I had was answered without me feeling silly. While there were some issues with large sand volumes being left on the road, understand this is contractors and not from pool installation. Installation of pool was very efficient. Still in process of completing my landscaping, but my kids are very happy to have their own pool now. Bring on the summer!!!
