WA Fibreglass Pools (Greenwood Display Centre)

We recently had our pool installed by WA Fibreglass and we are extremely happy with the whole experience. After receiving quotes from several companies, WA Fibreglass offered the most reasonable price and recommended the best pool for our needs. Denise from sales was very patient and visited our home multiple times to make sure we made the right choice. Once construction started, the site manager Laurence was professional, attentive, and ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Even with our narrow access, the team managed the hand digging very cleanly and efficiently—it was worth the extra cost. The work was carried out with great attention to detail, and the site was kept much tidier than I expected. Every person involved, from the diggers, the plumber and electrician to the handover technician, was friendly and professional. Although we still need to complete the concrete surrounds and fencing, we are very impressed with the quality and service provided. I highly recommend WA Fibreglass to anyone considering a pool.

We purchased our pool through WA Fibreglass Greenwood and for the most part had a positive experience. The sales and administration team all communicated timely, efficiently and without issue. Special thanks to Len. However, we would have appreciated better communication during the installation process as we often had to chase up information and felt dismissed at times. We chose the Hawaiian sand colour and absolutely love how it looks. The pool itself is exactly what we ordered and everything is working as it should. The handover was thorough and so far we are very happy with the pool.

A lot of the other places we looked at had worrying feedback and when you are spending this sort of money, any doubt really plays on your mind. From the moment we met Glenn (Dawkins), all that doubt disappeared. His knowledge and experience were incredible and at no point did I feel he was trying to up sell us. Being a salesperson myself, that was very refreshing. He was honest, trustworthy, and genuinely focused on helping us get the right pool. He put together an amazing deal and made us feel completely confident in our decision. After placing the order, the waiting period begins and naturally you have questions along the way. Despite how crazily busy Glenn must have been leading up to Christmas, he always kept in touch and always looked after us. I’m sure he was doing a lot of overtime, bless him. That level of communication is something you don’t see everywhere and it made a huge difference to us. Then came the install. Steve, with his new hat, looked after everything and he was amazing. Friendly, calm, and incredibly organised. With holes being dug, equipment moving around, and cranes lifting the pool over the house, he made what could have been a stressful day feel exciting. His communication was brilliant. He kept us updated the whole time and even swept the driveway while waiting for the crane. He didn’t have to do that and I thought it was outstanding. A little gesture that showed real pride in what he does. The installers were all friendly, professional, and clearly experienced. Too many names to list but every single one of them made a great impression. The handover with Jeff was fantastic. As first time pool owners, we had a lot to learn. He walked us through everything and made it simple and enjoyable. He was one of the nicest blokes we’ve met and I wish we had taken a photo with him. This whole thing has been a big learning curve for us. Owning a pool has always been a dream for our family and it is a big investment. What made it feel so special was that we never once felt like we were a burden or an inconvenience. Every question was answered, every concern was handled, and any hiccups that naturally come with a project like this were sorted quickly and with a smile. We even had a laugh through parts of it. If you’re thinking of getting a pool, honestly, you aren’t going to find a better team.
