It took less than three months from our first meeting to handover, which far exceeded our expectations. Mike was always happy to take a call and answer any questions we had along the way. He clearly outlined any potential issues and costs upfront, so there were no hidden surprises. Any challenges that did arise were handled quickly, professionally, and thoroughly by Mike and his team. WA Plunge Pools were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Mike is easy to work with, very knowledgeable, reliable, and an all-round great guy. Mike has been nothing short of amazing. Within 2 months of meeting him, he was able to get our pool fully installed which was much quicker than the timeframe given by other pool companies. Very responsive and reliable during the quoting process and gave great advice and suggestions to get the result we wanted. Great communication through the installation process and Mike's network of trusted contractors helped us finish the job to a high standard. 100% would recommend Mike to anyone in Perth. One of the most important things for us is that it never felt like a sales pitch or being pushed to upgrade and there were absolutely no hidden costs. Mike is easy going, a pleasure to deal with and really knowledgeable. We only had to deal with him from start to finish. As a new build, we didn’t have any landscaping done yet and weren’t sure who to call, Mike gave us a complete trades list of anyone we could possibly need. On dig out day, we ran into what could’ve been a costly issue of the water table being high in our area. Mike and his team problem solved and worked quickly to get the pool in and filled.. saving us a huge amount of money! With this being our first pool, I’ve had to call Mike a couple of times since install and he’s either come down to the house within a couple of days or dealt with any questions I had over the phone (even on Easter weekend!).
