The team at Aqua Technics are fantastic!!! From the initial quote through to the installation, the process was smooth. We were kept informed all the way, and they delivered as promised. A special shout out to the end-to-end team Shunning (Sales/quotation), Amber (point of contact/liaison), and Matt (our Project Manager). We had a tight site and the sales team were determined, pushing through the boundaries to maximise the pool size. Into installation, both the PM and liaison were great, and trustworthy. Communications were clear and they even proactively identified some works that were no longer required, arranging a refund. A great team to work with, we will use them again!

I had a great purchasing experience with Aqua Technics. Idris the sales consultant was excellent. Very accomodating with all the questions and requests that I had. He even offered for me to take the kids down to try out the exact pool we were purchasing to make sure it was the right pool and an adequate size for our family which we took up. Lilly went well beyond the normal way of doing things to help us fix our pool pump during the busy Christmas festive season. Despite the holiday period, she was extremely responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about getting the issue resolved on time. We had guests arriving from the United States, and having the pool ready before Christmas Day was very important to us. Lilly understood the urgency and managed everything efficiently, keeping us informed throughout the process and ensuring the pump was fixed before our guests arrived. Five stars for sure. Visiting the display centre made the decision easy. The customer care was top notch, very friendly, helpful, and genuine the whole way through. The pools are seriously high quality and you can see the difference compared to others. Couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Now the backyard feels like a resort every time I jump in.
