I used Factory pools O'Conner for the second time. They were good when i installed my pool 2019 and they are even better this time. Everything from start to finish was flawless. Excellent customer service. No hidden extra cost. Don from sales team was excellent. Very honest regarding everything . The site supervisor and install team very efficient. They promised pool install before christmas and they delivered as per their promise. If i need to install the pool a third time, without any hesitation i will use them again.

What a great experience from start to handover. From the moment we met Don at O’Connor and all the people that have been to our home, the handover showing us how to use all our new toys, to the admin support from Kerry. It just all went so smoothly. It is a huge project putting a pool in and glad we chose the right company and people to help us in this adventure! We found it really important that we had good people help us through this, and they did it in sweltering heat, always good for a chat and keeping us informed. It’s over us now to get into landscaping and making it magic but they’ve set us up for success!

Just had the Stradbroke pool installed by factory pools O’Connor, and had a great experience from quote to handover, glad there are still companies that provide genuinely good quality service. The whole process was seamless, communication was fantastic, and they took care with the install and my new house even with narrow 900mm side access. Very happy and would recommend.
