Sundollar Pools

We have had an absolutely seamless construction of our pool with Sundollar. We had a very quick build time, the finishes we were left with are amazing and were happy with the finished product. Breeas communication was great, very helpfull. Our PM was also great in making sure all little bits and pieces were taken care of. Very excited for summer.

Sundollar gave us a seamless build and a fantastic gorgeous pool. Sundollar was a dream to deal with from the Salesman Anthony to our Supervisor Ron who were attentive and helpful. All the tradies were respectful and professional and the end result has exceeded our expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend Sundollar to anyone thinking of building a pool. The process was made so easy and all services, tile selection, surface selection etc was on hand for us to view and choose. The office staff are amazing and on top of everything right from the get go.

Sundollar Pools came recommended by a tradie friend who was doing their pool. The pricing point was slightly less than what we had budgeted for which allowed us to upgrade on items of our pool/entertainment area new build. Construction crew on site were friendly and good to talk to during the excavation and concrete pour. Some difficulties with regards to communication after curing as to when they would return for pebblecreting and supply of pool pump; however, Breea who works in their admin team, was always readily available to answer my questions and sort things out. The final product looks and is amazing and has brought the kids out of their bedrooms and off their social media and/or gaming consoles and brought the family unit back together. Should have done this years ago!

What a fantastic experience from start to finish! I chose Sundollar because they were the only local company I found that had been around for over 20 years—and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I first contacted them, I received a quote within two hours and was absolutely blown away by the efficiency and professionalism. After accepting the quote, I met Michael, who really understood our vision and helped design a pool that was perfect for our space. Then came Ronnie, who built the shell and offered some fantastic ideas that worked out brilliantly. The tilers and the PebbleCrete team followed, and everything was seamless. The ladies in the office were incredible—always helpful, patient, and genuinely invested in making our dream pool a reality. A special shout-out to Breea, who answered every one of my questions without ever making me feel silly. At handover, Cody and Jake were absolute legends. They clearly explained how to use and maintain the equipment and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. If you're looking to build your dream pool, I couldn't recommend Sundollar more. You won’t be disappointed!

I am really happy with my experience with Sundollar. Communication has been great. 9 weeks from dig to handover and our pool is perfect! From Breea in the office who handled all my questions, Ronnie the site supervisor who always had a 'can do' attitude and Cody who did the pipework, install of the filter system and final handover... they have all been fantastic to deal with! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to install a pool!
