Best decision I made to work with Shane and Built Right Pools. Beautiful pool. Fantastic, friendly, professional service. No question was unanswered. Advice and guidance were readily given. Shane offers ‘concierge’ services coordinating all facets of the pool build from dig to cranes to concreting and tiling. Shane made the whole process seamless and we have a fabulous pool for summer!

Working with Shane and the team from Built Right Pools has been such an easy and stress free process. We knew what was happening and when and they turned up when they said they would. Unfortunately there was a little issue with our pump just days before Christmas but Shane also came out and replaced it with a temporary one until ours could get serviced in the new year when everyone is back up and running. We did our research and also read plenty of reviews before choosing a pool builder and after reading all the positive feedback about Shane from Built Right Pools, it gave us the confidence from the start. On our first meeting with Shane, he took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all our questions (no matter how trivial they seemed) and we never felt rushed or pressured. After going through the process ourselves, we can honestly say the reviews were spot on. Shane was easy to work with, the process was smooth and he handled the entire process from start to finish, including tiling and fencing. We even had a couple last minute changes that he was able to accommodate. During the dig and installation, I was away for work and Shane kept me updated with progress photos, which was a nice touch! The pool has completely transformed our backyard and the quality is excellent. We're so happy with how it all turned out and really appreciate the effort and care that went into it.
