So happy we decided to go with Pool HQ. From day 1 to handover the service has been amazing. All the staff were very knowledgeable & helpful & the turn around time from start to finish was very impressive considering all the bad weather we had. If you are on the Gold Coast, Pool HQ are the people to install your pool. From get go Ben and Lee-Ann were so responsive, honest and fair. We had the biggest headaches trying to get quotes but none with Pool HQ! First day of the project was 6th Feb and the pool was done just after Easter. It would have been sooner but Ben and Lee-Ann had to wait on us so we could finish the rest of the surrounds. From start to finish Pool HQ made the whole process so easy! Ben and Lee-Ann THANK YOU!
