Instead of presenting problems (which we encountered with other pool builders), this team consistently offered solutions. We had a challenging situation with an existing large, older pool that simply didn’t suit our needs anymore — it was too big and limited our entertaining space. The solution? A brand new pool built within the existing one. Brilliant thinking and perfectly executed. The Bali Pools recommended trades were all efficient, professional and a pleasure to deal with. The workflow was seamless, with everyone clearly working together, schedules planned well ahead and enough flexibility to keep everything moving smoothly. Being first timers who have never owned, let alone built a pool before we found the whole team to be very patient, understanding & proactive with their communication. Any questions we had were answered promptly, giving us peace of mind at each stage of the process. The team were able to accommodate some out-of-the-ordinary elements that we wanted, making the end result something we feel reflects our own unique style. The whole project was delivered perfectly on schedule meaning that we’re swimming this summer 😁

We love our Bali pool. I'm a builder so when I met with Bali pools I had all the questions for them and they gave me full confidence they knew what they were doing. All through the construction process, Darryl was open and forthright. It's been 2 years since we first started the dig in Feb 2023. It's taken me awhile to complete the surrounding works. So my apologies Bali pool team, I ment to get this up ages ago. I highly recommend anyone thinking of getting a pool. Go with these guys. They don't disappoint. Thanks Team!!!!

From the first contact with Bali pools the service and communication has been top level. They Responded to our initial enquiry within 24 hours The sale and contract process was efficient fast and very transparent. All the complex admin with approvals etc was handled by them and kept us informed along the way in that process. The next step of getting on with the job happened immediately and likewise having the pool completed to filling up and swimming happened in a blink of an eye. That happily catered to our specific needs We made first contact middle of October just in time for a hopeful completion by Christmas. Friends said no way that will happen. Well we were in swimming by the end of November Brad our site manager was a champion and his team that work with him super efficient and customer focussed. Marie in the office was great to work with friendly and efficient and always keeping us in the loop of the build process. But 3 months later we had an issue with the pump. We contacted Marie and within 5 hours the pump has been taken away repaired and refitted and working again So the after sales service is exceptional as well Love this company and the team that work there Highly recommend. Oh and the final cost was a nice surprise also😁😁

I can’t recommend Bali pools highly enough. The initial planning stage through to the construction and sign off was painless. Workmen were on site on time and super efficient and pleasant to deal with. Daryl was very knowledgeable and his experience helped us get the best design for our pool, Brad site managed the whole Project and was superb in every aspect. Maria was very pleasant and efficient through her communication and was quick with responses on email. If you are looking to instal a swimming pool, make sure you use ‘Bali pools’

Daryl and the team at Bali Pools have been amazing in taking us through the whole pool building process. They built us a beautiful pool that compliments our home. The quality and service has been incredible and did not stop once they had finished the pool. The owner is always there to help if you have any questions after the pool has been completed.
