We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Factory Pools! From the very first consultation through to completion, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. Our pool is positioned right at the front of our property, directly in front of the veranda, on a gentle slope — with one edge above ground. The result is absolutely stunning. It fits perfectly into the landscape and has completely elevated the look and feel of our home. The quality of the build is exceptional, and the installation process was smooth and well-managed. The team kept us informed every step of the way and made the entire experience enjoyable. Now, every time we look out from the veranda, we can’t help but smile. The pool has become the standout feature of our property, and we’d highly recommend Factory Pools to anyone wanting to transform their space.

For anyone who's considering installing a concrete pool we would like to share our experience and dealings with Factory Pool at Yandina. From the initial pool quote, signing the contract to our pool build completion and hand over today, the whole experience has been hassle free. Would highly recommend Factory Pools.

As part of this project we shopped around for Pool builders, as we where on a budget we looked at price first, Factory pools came in thousands under the rest and we thought they must not be that good then so then we looked at customer reviews, Factory pools had lots of good reviews so we took the plunge. They where great from start to finish, they explained each stage so we really understood how the process would go and they put as at ease by happily answering all our questions. They do this everyday and we have done it just this one time and they gave us much needed advise. Each team of people we dealt with where fantastic, from the guys who dug the hole to the ladies in the accounts department and everyone in between. We would happily recommend them every time. I’ll admit due to bad reviews I was hesitant to go with factory pools. From the moment the owner arrived for a quote I assertively stated my hesitations and questioned the reviews. Very quickly I was able to make my own decisions about how I rated this company. From the initial meeting , quotes, building process and completion I cannot fault factory pools once and I was very alert to look for errors. I have cameras in my yard and watched occasionally while each crew of workers worked, they were professional and productive, and when I was home they were pleasant and friendly. Both owners answered my texts and phone calls. Cathy in the office answered multiple dumb questions I asked and responded to emails, another office boy answered most questions and when he didn’t know the answer he passed me onto Cathy. At one point all office members struck with the flu but I was informed about this and why I couldn’t make contact. I understand sometimes things go wrong and people leave bad reviews but it’s a shame some don’t go to the effort to leave the good ones . So with that said I give 5 stars to the company and certainly have and will Continue to recommend factory pools.

We built our new home with the pool as part of the contract with the builder. We had a good idea of what we want, but the experienced team at Factory Pools helped us to fine tune our needs. The worst part of the whole process was having to wait until the very end of the built, to see if we had chosen wisely. The end product met all of expectation, and more. Our thanks to the whole Factory Pools team, we will be enjoying our pool for years to come.
