We highly recommend Monsoon Pools. The team were fantastic! Customer service and communication was outstanding from sales to completion, and our pool build ran to time and budget. All the contractors were great, turned up on time and cleaned up after themselves. A huge thank you to Craig and Tony for making this a smooth and seamless experience for us. We got our pool for Christmas!!

My lifelong dream of owning a pool has become a reality thanks to the awesome team at Monsoon. A huge amount of thanks must go to Craig for suggesting a concrete pool rather than fibreglass to better fit the space - you have created something amazing! Friends and family cannot believe I could have fitted a pool like this in the space I had. Thank you! To Tony - always cheerful, knowledgeable and willing to help, keeping his team on track to deliver a spectacular finished product, thank you so much. All the contractors were respectful, punctual and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and did very good work. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

We recently had our new pool built in Sunrise Beach by Monsoon Pools, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. As a builder for over 20 years, I’ve seen plenty of trades and project managers — and I have to say, Jake and the whole team were absolutely first-class. Every trade was on point, the management and communication were excellent, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Special shout-out to Jake, who kept everything running like clockwork. He definitely deserves a pay rise, a family trip to Fiji and a box of beers — the man’s worth his weight in gold. Highly recommend Monsoon Pools to anyone thinking about building — professional, reliable, and a great crew to deal with.

A big thank you to Monsoon Pools and their set of tradesmen that completed our pool. From Craig at the start and Tony throughout the build, I can’t thank you enough for taking us through the process. A huge shoutout to all the trades, Ben, Matt, Vic, Col, Barry and the rest of the crews, they always did what was in the best interests of completing the best job possible and always checked in and made sure of anything they did. Our pool has turned out above expectations and look forward to enjoying it for many years to come.
