We highly recommend Monsoon Pools. The team were fantastic! Customer service and communication was outstanding from sales to completion, and our pool build ran to time and budget. All the contractors were great, turned up on time and cleaned up after themselves. A huge thank you to Craig and Tony for making this a smooth and seamless experience for us. We got our pool for Christmas!!

This was our first time building a pool so we were a bit nervous, but the whole process went smoothly from start to finish. The team was always on time, replied quickly to our questions, and was very friendly. Everything ran as promised and we absolutely love our new pool! We recently had our new pool built in Sunrise Beach by Monsoon Pools, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. As a builder for over 20 years, I’ve seen plenty of trades and project managers — and I have to say, Jake and the whole team were absolutely first-class. Every trade was on point, the management and communication were excellent, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Special shout-out to Jake, who kept everything running like clockwork. He definitely deserves a pay rise, a family trip to Fiji and a box of beers — the man’s worth his weight in gold. Highly recommend Monsoon Pools to anyone thinking about building — professional, reliable, and a great crew to deal with.

We had 4 pool companies quote for our pool, Monsoon pools ticked a few more boxes for us, budget, pool choice, “you’ll be swimming before Christmas “, was they’re promise, So the team were fantastic, like clockwork things happened when they said it would happen, pool install began on the 9th October, and we were swimming by Halloween ….delighted we chose Monsoon pools, great effort by all the people involved from start to finish , Craig John , Mark,Chris ..and Lara ,to name but a few, great job !!!!
