Jarrod was nothing short or amazing. He was communicative, supported my crazy choices, gave great advice, was punctual and so so helpful. He went over and above and created the most beautiful pool for our new backyard space! Highly recommend. And all his pools come standard as magnesium! Something others charge so much extra for! I will only use him for any future pools we do and will recommend him to anyone who asks me.

We had a great experience with Jarrod from Onshore Pool Construction. He talked us through all the options and gave really balanced advice — including explaining that if you go with a low-chlorine “naked freshwater” system, you just need to stay on top of maintenance to keep it running well. When a huge downpour caused unexpected problems during the build, Jarrod was able to talk us through our options and problem solve it. It’s easy when things go smoothly, but the real test is how someone handles challenges — and he was excellent. We absolutely love our pool and use it nearly every day.
