Couldn't be happier with the pool and service from Narellan. Craig was very helpful and easy to deal with from the start. Nick was also very helpful throughout the build and was always available for questions with nothing being to hard. The crews from start to finish were efficient and respectful and knew their craft inside out. There was no hidden anything, very transparent and professional highly recommend.

We recently had a pool installed by Narellan Pools which completely exceeded our expectations. They carried out the works so efficiently. We were swimming a week after they started which was amazing. We were pretty painful in the planning stage but Andrew was incredibly patient and had solutions for all our questions. Ben our site supervisor was great, providing updates as we went. Finally Mark handed over our pool, explaining everything we need to know in a great way that was easy to understand. We are so glad we chose Narellan Pools. We couldn’t be happier with the end result.

From the initial contact and sales Experience from Trevor, to the pool build, the team from Sunshine Coast Narellan Pools were fabulous and we can not recommend them highly enough. We were given constant communication from Nick our Pool Builder and the rest of the build team were fantastic! Everyone was so courteous and had a smile the entire time. A little wave and smile to the kids, who were so excited to watch them do their thing! Handover was brilliant from Mark - a true credit to the team. A perfect finish to the build experience. We were very happy with the staff at Narellan Pools. They turned up each morning at the advised time and worked hard all day. They were pleasant to deal with and the Project Manager's communication skills were excellent. The whole process was smooth and was finished ahead of schedule.

After being stuffed around by another pool company on the coast, Craig from Narellen came to our rescue! After being told by the other company that we will never get a fibreglass pool in our yard and kept our deposit, we were quite hesitant. The whole process with Narellen was more than 5 stars and we couldn’t be happier with our pool. Thankyou so much to the whole team. We recommend everyone we speak too.

Fabulous team from the outset, from Trevor who helped us decide on which pool and the best placement, to the building crew , everyone was so helpful, professional and fast. Our pool was started on a Monday and almost finished by the Friday ! We are so glad we chose Narellan . We still have a fence to build so the photos I have shared are of progress so far and this is temporary fencing
