Our project involved a new pool and extended decking around our house. From the first consultation to the handover, Nick and his team were brilliant all the way through delivering on design and build quality, budget and timing. Nick and his crew run a tight ship with excellent project management, communication and transparency throughout the process -- and even deal with all that comes with council approvals and processes. I would highly recommend Urban Escape to anyone who wants a project run at the highest standards.

My wife and I had been thinking about having a pool for some time. However, we knew how difficult it was to have a pool built in an established garden with existing infrastructure on and under the ground, let alone being inside a heritage conservation area with very restrictive development rules. The thoughts of going through the whole DA process and finding a reliable team to execute the build plus restoring the garden afterwards had kept us from moving that first step forward. For months we were looking for that one-stop shop that would do it all. When we saw our neighbor with, in our opinion, the best garden on the street had hired Urban Escape to improve their pool and garden even further, we quickly gave Nick a call. The rest was history. Urban Escape did it all for us. We now have a fantastic pool and our garden is looking better than ever. The pool and landscape plans from Urban Escape had blended the pool into the garden as if it was there originally. That’s another reason we pursued a one-stop shop. The building process was well organized and coordinated. Working from home had allowed me to witness the exceptional workmanship these guys carried. The attention to detail was truly second to none. Nick and his team were also very communicative and responsive with every question and request that we had, which made it always an ease for us. We look forward to the many wonderful summers ahead. Thank you Urban Escape. Andy

To Whom It May Concern: If you're looking to create a high-quality backyard pool and landscape, Urban Escape is the way to go. From start to finish, Nick and the team made the pool and landscaping process easy and painless. Urban Escape were professional, knowledgeable, and truly listened to what we wanted for our pool and back garden (not to mention their excellent stone work). Nick ensured we had the same team for the entire progress and they worked rain, hail or shine. What sets Urban Escape apart is their quality and attention to detail. Throughout the entire process, they kept us informed and engaged. They were always available to answer any questions and made sure we were comfortable with every decision. The team was friendly and easy to work with, making the entire experience easy. Nick’s budget process was transparent, honest and accurate, this was a huge standout for us. Overall, we would highly recommend Urban Escape to anyone looking to build their dream pool and landscaping. Their professionalism, and expertise really set them apart. We are so grateful for the amazing pool and gardens they built for us and couldn't be happier with the result. Kind regards, Jon and Alexandra Bucktin

We recently worked with Nick and the team at Urban Escape on a swimming pool and landscaping project, and we couldn't be happier with the result (finished at the end of 2022). From the initial design and approval stage to the final construction, Nick and his team were incredible in every aspect. One of the standout features of Urban Escape was their honesty, transparency, and hardworking nature. They were efficient and reliable throughout the entire project, and their polite and friendly approach made the experience even more enjoyable. They also proactively brought great ideas to the table, and with their quality craftsmanship helped us achieve a high-quality end product that exceeded our expectations. What really set Urban Escape apart was their ability to problem-solve and adapt as the project progressed. They were patient with us when we had countless questions and were willing to work with us to make changes and tweaks along the way. This flexibility allowed us to achieve a swimming pool and landscaping design that perfectly fit our needs and lifestyle. The end product was truly outstanding, and we continue to receive compliments from our neighbours and friends. If we ever decide to add a second pool, we wouldn't trust anyone other than Nick and Urban Escape to deliver the same high-quality service and exceptional results. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and innovative team to create their dream outdoor living space and pool.
