Crystal Pools built my pool, and they were amazing from start to finish! I had heard a lot of horror stories from people who had their pools built by other companies, so I was a bit cautious. I got quotes from five different companies, but Crystal Pools stood out, and I’m so glad I trusted them. Nothing went wrong, and nothing was ever too hard for them. Mid-build, we decided to change the pool size based on a suggestion from the pool digger, who noticed it was a bit narrow. They also recommended adding a small step in the deep end, which we hadn’t considered. These changes were no big deal – Crystal Pools were so accommodating and happy to make improvements along the way. We had solid sandstone, and the dig was a bit noisy, but it wasn’t an issue at all. Everyone, from the tiler to the pebblecrete team, was fantastic. My contact at Crystal Pools was lovely, and they made the entire process smooth. I couldn’t be happier with my beautiful pool!

We signed a contract with Crystal to build our pool on a friends recommendation and we couldn't be happier. We wanted a builder that would take responsibility end to end and that is what they did. Excavation, form work, concrete shell, beadcrete interior, pool equipment, tiling all done to the highest of standards. It only took 13 weeks from breaking ground to filling the pool and each group of tradies that arrived onsite were a class above any we have dealt with before. As with any build there were things along the way that needed to discussed and the managers assigned to our build made sure we got what we needed and wanted. With so many horror stories out there on building today I can highly recommend Crystal if you want an experience that is professional, first class and at the top of the industry.

We couldn't be happier with the timeline and quality of our pool. While the process may require patience (6 to 9 months, to be precise), the end result is undoubtedly worth it.
