If you're looking for an in-ground pool or a pool renovation, stop scrolling, you've found the best in the business. Damien and his team from Premier Pools renovated our hideously ugly pebblecrete pool and installed a new tiled pool that is nothing short of jaw-dropping. I wanted bling - and I got it! The workmen were polite at all times and, despite the construction process, were discreet and communicative. Michael, the foreman, was all over messages and kept me in the loop on progress. We had a lot of weather delays (thank you, Sydney storms), but he was always in touch as soon as the weather cleared. Damien runs a very slick operation but still manages a very personal, boutique feel to the business. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for both service and the finished product—they're beyond compare.

Really happy with Premier Pools. Very smooth very quick build of our pool which was finished on 1 December 2016. Really happy with timeframe despite hitting rock at 50cm!!!. Great communication - our construction supervisor Dylan was fantastic. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he kept us in the loop the whole time on what was happening and when. We are so happy with our stunning Premier Pool - delivered on time and for not a dollar more than quoted. But what truly set the experience apart was Premier’s outstanding customer service. From start to finish, the team was professional, reliable and a pleasure to work with. Our initial contact, Sales Advisor Wayne, was incredibly thorough, patient and honest. He was completely transparent and took the time to educate us on all associated project costs (including those outside of Premier’s contract scope) so we knew exactly what to expect and how much the project would likely total - something other companies consistently omitted. After speaking with several other pool companies, Premier was a clear standout. Once we signed on, our Project Manager Dylan became our main point of contact and we are so grateful to have worked with him. He coordinated the entire build seamlessly, was always available, quick to respond to our many questions and incredibly helpful in supporting us with coordinating other trades. A huge thank you to Dylan, Wayne, and the entire Premier team!

Really impressive service from start to finish. Having recently started using our new pool, we reflected on how happy we have been with the entire Premier Pools experience. From initial quotes throughout the dig and build process it has been seamless. Particular credit should go to Dylan, job supervisor, for whom nothing was ever a problem throughout the job. Dylan was consistently helpful and courteous and, crucially, diligently followed up on all commitments and kept a close interest as the job proceeded. As part of a broader, larger build project, Dylan and Premier Pools were an unparalleled standout for service and professionalism. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Premier to anyone considering a pool build. Price wise they were mid range; not the cheapest, not the dearest. They were certainly worth the difference! Many thanks to Premier for the teams' support through what I'm sure can usually be a stressful experience!

Damien and his team are the best in the business. We had an incredibly tight timeline to have our pool ready prior to handover to the building company. Premier not only delivered on time (with incredibly bad weather) they would always go above and beyond. From the initial quotation period with Wayne right through to construction with Dylan the team are always transparent and communicating. There are no hidden surprises like you get with other pool companies. If you are in the market for a pool - look no further.

The Premier Pools staff and all the trades involved in our pool build were second to none. From design to hand over, we couldn't be happier with the service and result!
