AQUIFY POOLS

Getting a pool is a huge investment and honestly a pretty overwhelming experience at first. After researching several pool companies, we decided to go with Aquify Pools, which turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve made for our home. From the moment we met Michael, our salesman, we felt confident in the process. He explained everything clearly, outlining exactly what was included and what items would be additional, which gave us real peace of mind. One of the main reasons we chose Aquify was their quality construction and great range of pool designs and colours (love the platinum). We went with the Avellino (6x4 metres), which fit our space perfectly. Unlike some fibreglass pools we looked at, Aquify’s designs don’t have those bulky internal ledges, which made a big difference to us. A special thank you to Chris Buwalda, who supported us through every step of the journey. His guidance and regular updates made the process smooth and stress-free. Aquify also put us in touch with their architect, who not only helped us align the pool design with our vision but also handled the council submission and successfully pushed the plans through as a CDC. Our access was incredibly tight, just 900mm, but the Aquify team managed to bring in the right equipment and get the job done efficiently. The dig went smoothly and we were lucky to avoid hitting rock! On install day, the tow truck navigated our narrow street and the crane lifted the pool over our house with precision, despite it being a windy day. It was impressive to watch! We also appreciated the flexibility Aquify gave us, providing all trades but letting us use our own tradespeople where preferred. Their recommended teams for tiling and fencing did excellent work, and they did everything possible to keep costs reasonable. The tradespeople were all polite and respectful, treating our property like it was their own. The pool itself is beautiful and incredibly easy to maintain. It came with a high-quality cover and a very efficient heat pump, which makes a huge difference to the water temperature, especially during the shoulder seasons. We were working to a very tight deadline to be ready for a grand final party, and the team delivered in record time (Thanks again Chris!). We’ve had so many compliments from friends and neighbours. The pool has truly completed our family home, and most importantly, our family absolutely loves it. We had a fantastic summer filled with swimming and entertaining… even my wife went in a few times! (water must be at least 30 degrees ;-)) We’re so pleased with the end result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Aquify Pools to anyone considering a pool. They made the whole process feel achievable, and the outcome speaks for itself!

I am so happy with my Aquify swimming pool and would highly recommend them. The entire process from the initial sales call to the final handover was professional and easy to manage. All the trades were polite, hardworking and meticulous with their work. The architect and project managers were very good at their jobs, great communicators and paid fantastic attention to detail. Now I have a beautiful pool with many happy summers to enjoy ahead.

Once council approval came through, the whole process from dig to swim took less than two months — an impressive turnaround that reflects the team’s expertise and how streamlined and well run their operations are run. Every step of the way, the Aquify staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and craftsmanship. The micro-diggers navigating a tight access and neatly manoeuvring over a retaining wall was remarkable to watch. The concrete pour is flawless, and the tiling work is nothing short of magnificent. The attention to detail has truly exceeded our expectations. A special shoutout to our Site Manager Luke, Project Manager Vania, and Architect John. From sale time to completion was a very easy.process. For me to work with a team that was extremely hard working and informative to what was being done was for what I can say unusual. Being a fiberglass pool shell I was surprised at the quality of the design and finish, the overall finish thickness of it was very impressive compared to what we had before. Once the pool was delivered which I would have to say was on time to the finish it was all done so professional with an eye for detail. Communication is the key and with Aquify pools the communication was very smooth any questions were answered by the team,if for some reason they don’t have the information they would contact us directly via phone and explain what they are doing. I have included a finished image please take into account that we still have some landscaping to be done but we are still working on it.
