Iosefo was super responsive when I rang on Tuesday. The upstairs toilet in my mother's home stopped working and because of her age, I didn't want her using the stairs at night to use the second toilet downstairs so needed the upstairs toilet fixed ASAP. Iosefo made that happen! He was over within half an hour of my phone call and within 2 or so hours, the toilet was like new. He was lovely, outlined the costs and got to work straight away. Seth from Faans plumbing came out on very short notice and installed a toilet suite for our family. Very experienced in his trade and the bonus is you get a friendly, smiling personality on top. Seth went above and beyond to make sure all of the plumbing in the ensuite was attached and working properly. He also had to go out and get some spare parts and didn't inflate the costs like some tradesman do.
