No one wants to have to call an emergency plumber on a Sunday morning, but I had an excellent experience with Joniec Plumbing after a burst pipe at my property last weekend. My call to their 1300 number was answered promptly, and I was given a clear breakdown of the call-out fee and hourly rate. Josh, one of Joniec’s plumbers, arrived within the hour, quickly assessed the problem, had arrived with all the necessary materials, fixed it efficiently and left property clean and tidy. Joniec’s tagline is “Plumbing with Integrity,” and they live up to it! After many stressful experiences with other plumbing companies over the years, it was refreshing to work with a team that actually delivers on their promise. I will definitely be using Joniec Plumbing again. Thank you!

I contacted this company to check for possible leaks inside the shower booth and under the bathroom basin. Spencer was the plumber who came out today, and I was extremely satisfied with the service. He thoroughly checked everything I had requested and also took the time to inspect additional areas and answer all of my questions in a very professional and friendly manner. He was extremely meticulous throughout the entire visit. I’d definitely contact them again if I need any plumbing work in the future, and highly recommend Spencer!
