There is a reason this company is rated almost exclusively 5 stars. They were friendly, professional and efficient throughout my large job. They removed in-ceiling gas ducted heating and evaporative cooling and installed 2 heating/air conditioning ducted units. Everything was done as agreed, on time, as per the quote and to a very high standard. Highly recommended. They are a great team .

I emailed Thermochill about my water tank leaking and Neto was at my door two days later. He quickly identified the source of the problem (water condensate not draining due to the tilted tank). I also appreciate that he patiently explained to me as he fixed the issue. Highly recommended!

The team at Thermochill were friendly and professional at every stage of the process of our new heating/cooling installation. They offered us and end to end solution removing our old units ontop of installing our new system. They were punctual and efficient and I loved that their system sent me a message letting me know when somebody was on their way. Thermochill Plumbing are great. They have done an excellent job put my split system in and very professional and they follow-up Service is great and so a highly recommend this company. I have come across plenty of plumbing company as soon as you buy something of them they do not want to know you afterwards with their follow-up Service.

This company is fantastic. They gave us a great price on the Mitsubishi split system we needed installed. Their communication was fantastic with all emails answered promptly. Matt and his off-sider attended on time of the day of installation and had the job done in a couple of hours. Then they cleaned up and took the old airco and rubbish away. We couldn't be happier.
