Efficient Pure Plumbing Heating & Cooling

We just got a Daikin ducted reverse cycle system installed just before Christmas and it works very well. The team @EPP did a very good job. Work done was very neat and a good cleanup after. They were also courteous and polite. Can't recommend enough. Big thank you to the installation team Kaine, Ben and Luke! Would also like to thank Sales Supervisor, Dean for his patience in answering all our questions and recommendation for the perfect system for our home.

We had a gas to electric conversion done - had an old gas tank taken out and a new Emerald 270L heat pump unit installed. I had a great experience, everyone was so friendly and accommodating start to finish, and after sales support is great too. So happy with the job done. The guy who came out to quote (sorry, I forgot his name), so friendly and informative, answering all the questions and concerns I had. On the day, the sparkies in the morning, in and out in about 30 minutes. The installation boys, Luke and Sean P, did a phenomenal job, led by Kaine - they got it done quick and clean despite the stinking weather and a bit of a cramped space. There was a minor detail I needed fixed up but contacted EPP and they sent out a tech - Shaun (different Shaun haha), the next morning 730AM and he was also quick and sorted it out nicely. Absolutely would recommend, thanks team.

I had my 10 ke Daikin split unit installed on the 22 nd December . Boys were on time and any issues that arose with install were quickly addressed by a senior member of the team .Kaine ,Shaun and Ben were lovely to deal with as were their electricians . My air con is at around 12 ft high , we were replacing an old Fujitsu unit .The completed job with install was seamless , and around $1000.00 less than three other companies’ quotes.. I had also looked at reviews and was impressed by the after sales service and warranty which I did not have with my previous unit . Today is 44 degrees in Melbourne, it’s currently 37 degrees right now , and my home is a beautiful 20 degrees .I can’t believe how amazing this unit is! Because we have cathedral ceilings we’ve always struggled cooling our home as it gets extremely hot. Our old unit wasn’t working well for many years and despite it being a 10 kw unit it just couldn’t cope .There is a reason Daikin is the most used air con up north - it gets the job done !!! I have never had the house at less than 28/29 degrees on a really hot day so am completely blown away by this unit .We are so happy nothing worse than working all day and coming home to a hot house .Now ours is ice cool and it cools the entire home without the need for the smaller wall unit in the mezzanine floor . It is fantastic I can’t recommend Daikin enough and would only ever use the Efficient team to install one !

Highly recommend Efficient Pure Plumbing! They just finished installing a Braemar Dominator ducted AC system throughout our entire house and the experience was seamless from start to finish. The project took only two days to complete, and the team was highly professional and very friendly throughout. A special thanks to Kaine and Ben, who were absolutely awesome to work with. I had a genuinely excellent experience — 10/10. Xavier was polite, professional, and incredibly easy to talk to. He took the time to clearly explain everything before getting started and made sure I was comfortable with what he was doing. I really appreciated how respectful he was of my home, and he even took a moment to warmly interact with my dog. He kept everything clean while servicing the aircon and made sure to tidy up thoroughly afterwards. Highly recommended and will definitely be using his services again! Ya-Hsun & Evan.

We recently had a Braemar evaporative cooling unit installed and are very happy with both the unit and the service provided. The team was professional, communicated well, and offered an excellent price. I’ve used their services before for a heating and cooling unit, and based on both experiences, I would definitely use them again if needed.
