This was an after hours call for an unexpected pipe leak. As its during a long weekend, we could have had 3 days without water. Jake arrived a few hours after my call, was friendly, helpful and happy to give me some choices to fix the problem. A short while later water was back on. After hour calls are a little expensive, but when you know he's giving up his own family time to fix my issue, no complaints from me. I would happily recommend.

I recently used Endpoint Plumbing for the first time, to solve a hot water issue we had put up with for far too long. The phone booking process was easy and friendly and we had Tom at our door, exactly on time, a few days later. The diagnosis and fix turned out to be straightforward and Tom completed the whole job, including sourcing a part, in less than an hour. Tom was knowledgable and friendly into the bargain. First time used Endpoint - based on their responses to google reviews. Office Receptionist was pleasant and helpful. Tom arrived for the job on time, very polite, listened carefully, gave sensible advice, was reasonable and answered my questions about his quote, did the job well (3.5hrs) without wasting time. No issues. Hoping to get them again for another job. My thanks to Endpoint/Tom. Recommend them.

Nathan was absolutely fantastic! He was professional, friendly, and really knew his stuff. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and got everything fixed efficiently. The quality of his work was top-notch, and he left everything clean and tidy afterward.
