I recently had Tom from DB Pro Plumbing come out to fix my hot water service, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Tom was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained what needed to be done, which I really appreciated. The repair was completed efficiently, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. He also left the area clean and tidy, which speaks volumes about his attention to detail. I had a dishwasher issue last Sat. When I called, although it was not technically a plumbing issue, Danny kindly advised me how to contain the issue over the phone. After he arrived, he inspected the issue thoroughly and was able to explain to me what contributed to the issue and what the possible solutions I could have in the future. I super appreciate his patience and understanding, and I also can’t recommend enough for his professionalism and outstanding customer! I would 100% recommend Danny and his team for he is absolutely exceptional!!

Tom from DB plumbing did an awesome job! Had lots of little odd jobs too do, replacing shower heads, taps, pipes - all of which were a little more complicated than originally thought! Tom was very transparent about pricing and work that needed to be done, and completed it all to a very high standard, always with a friendly face.
