Super quick and friendly service from Jack and the team! Our office building had an emergency sewer blockage issue and within a few hours they were on-site and straight into it. I had a fabulous experience today with NorthPro. Jesse and Jordan were lovely guys, very polite and professional. They fixed my wall-hung toilet which had come loose from the wall. They communicated clearly about timeframes and checked in as the job progressed to ask if I was happy to proceed with their recommendations. They did a great job with the re-mounting, everything is far more secure and neatly siliconed than before. Pricing for the job was very reasonable, especially as they had to acquire parts for the job from a few suburbs away. It's a relief to have found such fantastic plumbers in the local area ☺️
