I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Platinum Plumbers. They are consistently reliable and utilise advanced technology to accurately diagnose issues — much like a colonoscopy in medicine — allowing them to identify and confirm the underlying problem with precision. As a result, the outcomes are always effective and satisfactory. Rhys is an honest and transparent professional who takes the time to customise solutions to meet each client’s specific needs. His integrity and attention to detail truly set the company apart. That is why Platinum Plumbers has been my trusted go-to plumbing service for the past 12 years.

This is the second time in the last year Rhys has helped us with plumbing issues, and we’ve been impressed both times. He repaired cracked terracotta pipes under our driveway before a new driveway install, and more recently relined a terracotta pipe with significant tree root ingress (with his assistant plumber Louie) and replaced our toilet. Professional, reliable, efficient and tidy from quote to clean-up, I highly recommend Rhys and his team.

I first called Rhys or a small issue a leaking garden tap. He installed a new one the same day. Then we needed an urgent repair for a blocked sewer pipe . Rhys' explained the process to investigate the pipe and clear the blockage. The pipe was broken and a reline was needed so he arranged for a team to come to complete what turned out to be a huge job excavating under a large tree, locating the severed pipe and then relining the whole. I was kept informed throughout and the two quotes were very clear. I recommend Platinum Plumbers, as professional, efficient and trustworthy. Diane Munro

I used Platinum to help clear a blocked drain this weekend and was really impressed with the service. Rhys, the owner, turned up on time and was honest about our options and explained the process to us - even showed us this problem down our drain. I like that they are a local northern beaches family business too. Great service, will use in future. Thanks again Rhys!
