Technically, they have done a good job, and were good communicators during the job, and we are glad for the work they have done. Kevin is easy to talk to and knows his stuff. A slight negative is that they promised a diagram of the pipe layout on completion but have been claiming 'too busy' for several months. As soon as we paid the bill they stopped answering their phone.

Kevin and team were flexible, kept us meticulously informed, were super friendly and accommodating, and were competitively priced. Our sewage pipe was collapsing under the pressure of roots and ravages of time; after carefully preparing for the job (multiple inspections, checking that the under-street layout was as expected, making sure the Sydney water manhole cover would come up) they did the work in one day. Full transparency about what they were doing the whole time. Hoping for no more overflows for a few decades now!

Soon after my call Kevin arrived on site, took photos and video, and made an assesment. He followed up straight away with video links to the process used to detect and patch damaged pipes, along with a cost effective quotation. On acceptance Streamline's team was booked in, and the work was completed quickly, efficiently, politely, with no request being too much trouble. Will definitely book Streamline again should the occasion arise.

Mr Kev Barry and the team were great . They attended punctually as they said they would . Completed the job in good time and left it better than when they found it . I've used a few plumbers in the past but none of this high standard . I highly recommend Kev .
