We had the pleasure of having Sebastian visit us again this morning to provide service to our gas stove-top. As on each occasion, he arrived at the agreed time, was courteous and highly professional in completing what was required of him. I can and will highly recommend the MSJ team and on every occasion and whenever the opportunity exists, happily endorse the quality and professionalism of the MSJ team and the services provided.

I recently had a domestic automatic sprinkler system breakdown with an isolation tap failure to top it off. Water every where and continuing to flow. MSJ Plumbing were available and able to attend within a few hours. Peter from that company was well informed regarding automatic watering systems and was able to quickly trouble shoot the problem and make sense of the confetti of wiring in the valve access points. Peter was also able to deal with an ancient plumbing relic that was the isolation tap in an awkward and hard to get position. He was able to fit a new tap and isolate the sprinkler system and made arrangements to return and re-connect the following day. I was happy with that arrangement as mains water was restored. However, Peter organised for a colleague; Harry, to return that afternoon and complete the repair. Both gentlemen were professional, pleasant and courteous and efficiently resolved the plumbing issues confronting them.

Wow! One of the most positive experiences I have ever had the good fortune of experiencing when organising the service of a trade professional. From the lovely conversation I had with Lauren on the service desk to organise the job to Sebastian and Ryan who visited me in their van at my caravan in storage on time (there before me) to fix the broken fitting, friendly, responsive, service orientated and most importantly, the fix needed some innovation and tight space crawling, all done in good humour with a quality result (and it was freezing cold and raining). Sebastian's plumbing knowledge and skills were very impressive, others would have turned their nose up at me at charged me for the experience. Thanks team, really really appreciated. I highly recommend MSJ plumbing, quality work and excellent customer service.
