Prompt, professional, efficient and affordable - Queanbeyan ATPS tick all the boxes! Contacted them about a leaking hot water cylinder with a twist (see photos). They arrived within the hour of me contacting them. Following some DIY on my part to allow the plumbers access to the cylinder, they replaced it while also meeting the need for the cylinder to fit into an existing small space and UNDERNEATH the benchtop. I am chuffed to bits with the result! My interactions with the staff - from the admin/reception to the plumbers to the boss himself - has been nothing less than exceptional. Further, watching their senior plumber passing on his skills and expertise to ATPS new apprentice plumber during the cylinder replacement was something else. The whole process was collaborative, explained clearly and with a really supportive approach. It is also nice to hear three different plumbers on three seperate occasions speaking so highly about 'the bosses' Lynn and Rob. I absolutely recommend Queanbyean ATPS for any plumbing work, and if you're looking for a job or an apprenticeship, chuck your CV in with these guys. A truly superb team!

Simply the best! My toilet in wall Valsar cistern "failed" on the January long weekend. When I called Around Town Plumbing first thing on the Tuesday morning they were straight around to assess the situation. I ended up having both my toilets suites replaced with in room cisterns as the Valsar flushing mechanism is no longer available. Jason and Jo did a fabulous job removing the cisterns from the wall cavity and fitting the new compact toilets. They were both professional and thoughtful, explaining the complexity of the job as they progressed. There is no evidence that the style of toilet has changed. It was done quickly and with a minimum of fuss AND at a far better price than others had quoted. Thank you!

Two days ago I realised that my water heater (7-year-old heat pump) had stopped working. Within 30 minutes Around Town Plumbing had one of their people on site to check the problem. I received a follow-up call from Rob within the hour, who outlined options for repair or replacement. Yesterday they completed removal and replacement of the heater, including taking away the old unit for disposal. They did a very tidy and professional installation in a difficult site to access, and the hot water is once again flowing strong. Great job by Around Town Plumbing - strongly recommended.

I’ve been using Around Town Plumbing Services for close to twenty years across both commercial and residential properties, and they continue to deliver top-quality work every time. Most recently, they completed two jobs for me, new hot water system installations and the full setup of washing machine lines, drains, and relocation of equipment. Rob always made himself available for knowledge, advice and squeezing in jobs we needed. Jayden who was actually out on site was awesome; listened to the issue, investigated and got it fixed very quickly. Would continue to use them.
