Optimum Plumbing & Gasfitting Pty Ltd

Great service and communication at very competitive rates. Craig did my drains and changed a few washers and valves in the same visit. He was able to show me the issue with the drain and clearly told me how he would fix it. He arrived on time and worked quickly. Craig always replied to my messages or returned my calls and was flexible in arranging a time that suited me. I am very happy with the results of his work. Craig was friendly and professional and will be the first person I call next time I need any plumbing!

Optimum plumbing came to fix a broken water pipe for us. Craig attended, he was on time, friendly and professional. The workmanship was top class and price was very competitive. He also took the time to give us some great plumbing advice on home renovations we are doing in the kitchen and bathroom. Would happily recommend Optimum and Craig to others.

Strongly recommended by a friend, Craig provided us with excellent service in identifying our plumbing problems due to an ageing residence and delivered cost effective solutions. As a busy working couple, Craig was able to accommodate within our preferred schedule as oppose to having to wait all day until a plumber finally turns up. His Professionalism and knowledge of the trade gave us confidence in regards to his extensive experience. We will continue to use Craig on other plumbing projects and we highly recommend him to others.

Craig provided excellent advice and service when our central gas heating needed attention. He was friendly, thorough and very responsive, gave us practical options and a fair quote after a lot of research by Craig. The heating unit was replaced efficiently and quickly and we liked his work so much, he did some other jobs for us, including cleaning the roof and gutters. It’s not often that a tradie turns up with a huge smile on their face! We will definitely turn to Craig for future plumbing and gas work.

Craig recently installed a bathroom shower head/rail and a vanity drain/tap. He was able to identify any issues quickly and complete the job promptly with great attention to detail. I am very happy with the result and plan to have Craig complete further jobs relating to laundry and toilet renovation. Craig is very personable and I would highly recommend him.
