We had Shay fix up the rendering on the upstairs of our house. It was cracked and weathered. He gave us an honest appraisal and told us exactly what was needed. He was punctual and very efficient in getting the work done. He was also careful and tidy when doing the work and finished the job when he said he would. The house now looks great and we are very happy with the end result knowing the house is a lot more protected for years to come. You always take a chance when it comes to tradesman but anyone thinking about employing Shay should have no worries about his professionalism and quality of work. I highly recommend Xcel plastering. They restored areas of poorly applied texture render to as new condition. They took on a job that others would not quote on did not show up to quote or could not recommend a solution to address the repairs required. They colour matched the colour of our home perfectly.
