Very impressed with how he did everything by himself using a special hoist that he has had for 20+ years. He is tall enough to reach the ceiling with his outstretched arms. This helped to speed up the job. He also reinforced the ceiling in the other parts of the house to prevent future collapse. Added to this he is a pleasant tradie who cleaned after. Good job.
