From booking in a quote to seeing the finished product was an absolute breeze with Mark and Louise. Mark made some great suggestions to us prior to the work getting carried out, this made the job flow alot smoother in the end and have turned out more than first wished for. I requested a quotation for plastering over some interior bricks in my kitchen. Lousie promptly arranged for Mark to attend my property to provide a quote, and he was there very quickly (within a few days). He arrived exactly on time. He provided excellent advice, which was actually not to proceed with the plastering, but to do something different instead (basically talking himself out of work). I really appreciated his ethical approach and honesty, and his sound advice. Communication from Mark and Louise was outstanding from start to finish and I cannot recommend them highly enough. We recently had Mark out in February 2025 to plaster some exposed brick internal walls in our dated 1989 built home. Louise was prompt in organizing a time for Mark to come out and quote and he was very knowledgeable with the options he provided not just regarding his scope of work but other things we wanted to do with the house as well. When it came time, the work was completed to the highest quality and in a shorter time frame than I expected. The end result is looking amazing! My home has been totally transformed by the quality workmanship of Mark and his team at Plastering Makeovers. I can totally recommend the quality and precision of his work and a thorough gentleman who clearly takes pride in his work. His work was done in the time frame scheduled, with no mess at the end. I have only rendered the front of my house, but will be getting Mark back later in the year, after further works are completed at the rear to transform those walls as well. My house had that ugly dark chocolate brick from 1971. One of my neighbours said it now looks like a new house. I have amazing views at the rear, but since Mark finished I’ve been sitting out the front gazing at rendered walls. If you want a quality render Mark is the man to choose.
