I cannot speak more highly about Luke’s work. I contacted him over 5 months ago and he gave me many options, designs and ideas for a letterbox but I just wasn’t ready to take the plunge in the end. He did not force the job and politely gave me all the time I needed even after putting together hours of ideas for me. Turn forward to recently and I reached back out to Luke and once again. He once again went through all the possible options I had and he was incredibly patient with explaining the job and the designs. Luke had all the time in the world for my queries and his communication was top quality. Come the day of the job, he was efficient, tidy and genuinely flawless, not a single corner was cut.
