Tom was great. He was very knowledgeable, methodical, punctual and professional in the locating and removing our localised termite infestation. He and the team installed baits around the property to check for possible other infestations but luckily no others and no other damage found. It was a pleasure to liaise with Liam McMaster from Specialist Termite Control, and the office staff, over these past months as we worked through the termite baiting program in my house. Liam is a reliable, knowledgeable, thorough, courteous and patient Inspector. Scheduled appointments were always kept, and I was provided monthly reports, with photos, after each inspection of the bait stations. I am happy to report that those pesky little termite squatters are no longer in the building. I highly recommend Specialist Termite Control to anyone in need of their service.
