Highly recommend! I recently had General Pest Control done for ants and spiders, and Kei and Yuki did an amazing job. They were extremely thorough with the treatment, very professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions in detail, which I really appreciated. I also booked a termite inspection afterwards — and again, they were incredibly meticulous and careful throughout the entire inspection. My client and I had a wonderful experience with Yuki and Kei! The two men came to quote my clients house and gave a thorough inspection with a truthful result. They explained to my client there was nothing that would effectively solve the situation from their behalf and provided other measures in which could ease the situation. They could have taken my client for a ride and sprayed the house knowing it wouldn’t work, but they didn’t! Instead they opted to empty a moth ridden wardrobe, clean it out, provide a little spray and all for free! Just out of goodwill in their own time! AMAZING! Invited them to a cuppa and sweets afterwards and got to know how generous these men really were! Thankyou!!!

I had a great experience with Yuki. He arrived exactly on time and was polite and patient throughout the entire process. He performed a thorough check of the subfloor and roof cavity for termites. Since a large area of the subfloor was inaccessible, he made sure to double-check it using a moisture meter from inside the rooms. I was particularly impressed by his care for my home; he even brought a mat to put under his ladder inside to protect the floor—something I’ve never experienced with other tradies. Yuki patiently took the time to answer all my questions, and we had some very enjoyable conversations. When it came to the solution, he tailored it to my request to avoid damaging the concrete around the house. I also really appreciated that he didn't pressure me, but instead gave me time to think it over. Highly recommended.
