Highly professional and efficient. Mark installed one-way doors in our tin roof and the family of ring-tailed possoms moved out. He returned to seal the gaps in the cladding a few days later. Great work!

Very impressed and satisfied with Mark’s service. Mark was very professional; he responded immediately when I rung him and came to my house as he said he would within an hour. He inspected the roof, diagnosed the situation (rat infestation) and explained the treatment method (bait). He also shared that the treatment will take care of this infestation and ten more times if it were to reoccur (impressive!). He patiently answered my questions and concerns as I have two dogs at home and was worried for their safety. Mark also went above and beyond and cleaned out a clogged part in the valley in my roof which he discovered.
