Best at Pests & Possums

After ignoring my neighbour's helpful advice of fixing a loose tile, a possum(s?) took up residence in my ceiling cavity. The noise was ridiculous. How can something so small make so much noise? After a quick Google search, I came across Best at Possums. These guys were genuinely awesome. They were able to fit me in on the same day of my call. The service was top notch and friendly. They carefully reviewed the entire roof and patched up multiple potential entrance points. With the use of a clever one-way door mechanism Mr/Ms Possum left our ceiling cavity for the last time that evening - and has not since returned. Thank goodness! Best at Possums came back a week later to remove the door, and seal up the cosy ceiling place - hopefully for good. Overall, highly recommend Best at Possums, and have no hesitation to pass them on to friends with possum problems.

Dexter and Jarrah were really good at finding the culprit behind weird loud noises in my roof that were keeping me awake at night, offered me solution and did the job, all in one visit. Turns out it was a (particularly naughty) mice. The team not only baited the roof, they also closed possible entry points and fixed some of the cracked tiles. Very happy with their work and highly recommend them.

Quite possibly the best service I have had the pleasure of experiencing. I found Best at Possums online following a very frustrating and poor experience with another pest company. Mitch was outstanding from start to finish in removing a possum from inside the roof (via two way doors that were put on the roof) and identifying and sealing all entry points. He followed up to check progress. Outstanding on all counts.

I was losing my mind! We'd had another pest company come twice to 'fix' the pest situation but turns out they didn't. I got duped into thinking we had both rats and possums and paid for the service for each, which did not work. Mitch was so honest, knowledgeable and professional. He was super thorough in his assessment and explained everything clearly. The fact he didn't insist on payment upfront was a sure sign they take pride in their work and are confident in what they're doing. There's no more noise on the rat highway that was in our roof.
