Happy with the service from Matt and Cranbourne pest control. Matt was friendly and showed attention to detail taking care of our pest problem. The service was also affordable. I'd also like to add I called a quite few pest controllers in the area, some were very expensive others said they'd need to have a look at a cost and then prescribe treatment, despite providing extensive information on my discoveries. Cranbourne pest control were the only ones to listen to the issues I had in detail and prescribe a treatment and set price which was adhered to and confirmed upon inspection.

A+ customer service. So knowledgeable, professional and prompt! Very good price👍 Highly recommend! Darrin was really comforting over the phone. I thought someone was breaking into my home in the quiet early hours of the morning only to find out (I then thought it was a possum) I had roof rats! Brad came over on the same day only a few hours after I called Darrin and arrived early. I was so grateful he not only punctual but early. The service we received from Sam at Cranbourne Pest Control was very professional. They are flexible with their call out times and prompt and efficient with their delivery. Sam recognised the problem almost immediately and put a plan in place to fix it. Thanks to Sam we no longer have a rat in the rough.
