Great service and even better price compared to the other quotes I got. They were quick to respond, and walked me through the process of what to expect after spraying. They even gave me some tips on keeping the bugs out of the house. Definitely would recommend them.

I was very satisfied with the quality of service from PSP. I suspected a possum had made its nest in my roof from the scratching and settling noises I heard. Turned out to be a nest of rats. Can't recommend Mark and the team at PSP enough. He removed some birds that were nesting in my roof and blocked up the access points. Heard some scratching at night in the roof and thought it was a possum. I Googled/Hi Paged for 3 quotes and Justin from PSP called back within 30 mins. I had a chat with Justin and chose PSP. I made the right choice! Brendan the technician attended on schedule and checked out my roof. Over a few days he found that it was rats (and not a possum - a common mistake supposedly) that was making the noises. So he laid some bait and solved the problem. PSP provided great service which was at a good price point. Incidentally, my sister-in-law lives in the same area to me and also had a similar problem. I referred her to PSP. PSP caught and released their possum! Highly recommended.
