We contacted Protect pest control after failing to attempting to control a clothes moth problem on our own. Paul was a life saver. He was very professional and knowledgeable and went into great detail on what to expect during the whole process including what we had to do prior to the treatment and after. He arrived on time for our treatments and did a thorough inspection before spraying. During his inspection he even found a second pest, carpet beetles that we hadn’t picked up and made sure our treatment included both pests. He also ensured that our cats and fish were safe during the whole process and took great care on where and what he sprayed. He even sprayed places we wouldn’t even think of like the vacuum cleaner. After two treatments we are enjoying our pest free home thanks to Paul. Highly recommend!! And we will be booking in bi- yearly treatments with Paul in the future to ensure we stay pest free.

Called this company first due to the Google reviews. After the interactions I had with Paul, I can understand why this business has such good reviews. Total professional from the first call to job completion. Clearly informed me what needs to be done, what's required from me (inform neighbours to stay indoors & keep pets indoors for a couple of hours due to potential of wind picking up the spray from second storey) and what the cost will be for the required to be completed. Keep in mind that due to the size of their van and equipment on-board, you need to leave about two medium size car spaces at the front of the property. Very happy with their service. I recommend their services.

Excellent service. Highly recommend hiring Paul for your pest control needs. He explained the process well in advance and did a great job. He was flexible in his timings as well as we wanted to do the treatment during weekend. I hardly see any spiders and ants after the treatment a month ago.

Excellent service by Paul and partner who arrived on time and finished with all the required treatments as informed. They took extra care in making sure that we were aware of the time duration for which we can't use the house after seasonal treatment was done. Paul gave us detailed instructions in advance which helped in being prepared for the morning. Very well equipped business with all kinds of services under pest control treatments.
