We had Ken come out and do and an inspection and preventive treatment at our place after finding termites in the backyard. He was very professional, friendly, very thorough and was easy to talk to. He has a great knowledge base and doesn't mind you asking questions. He also charges fairly. We have him come around annually for routine inspections now and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. I've had other pest inspectors before but Ken has been the best and most thorough by far.

Ken is so knowledgeable and I felt very reassured talking to him about my termite problems. He doesn't try to sell you products that you don't need. I'll definitely be calling Ken for all of my future termite needs, knowing that he's a professional who will get the job done.

Amazing service. I had Ken do pest inspection at my property, and mistakenly provided him with my nick name. He did a very thorough inspection and the issued the invoice which was paid later on. 9 months later, I need to ask him to re-issue the invoice/receipt under my full name, and he came back to me with the revised invoice immediately. I love his technical expertise in pest control, and also love his professional customer services !!!!
