He was very professional, friendly, very thorough and was easy to talk to. He has a great knowledge base and doesn't mind you asking questions. He also charges fairly. We have him come around annually for routine inspections now and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. I've had other pest inspectors before but Ken has been the best and most thorough by far.

He did a very thorough inspection and the issued the invoice which was paid later on. 9 months later, I need to ask him to re-issue the invoice/receipt under my full name, and he came back to me with the revised invoice immediately. I love his technical expertise in pest control, and also love his professional customer services !!!!
