I was impressed by the range of options presented by the technician (Ian) to treat/prevent termites at our house. Once we selected the external termite bait solution, the technician who did the installation was fast, efficient, and very careful during the installation process. We were in the process of selling our home, and needed the work done quickly and without leaving any mess. Manjit did an excellent job and left the site extremely clean and tidy.

Prompt attention to urgent call out to diagnose the problem and propose solution. Then to get a tecnician took a week, disappointingly. However, when they attend on a weekend, a thorough, positive service was offered and the problem qucikly resolved with advice re safety and post visit action prooffered. Many thanks.
