Neil was professional, informative and very accommodating. The problem of having crawlies is sorted in less than 24 hours after his visit. He explained everything and did everything within less than half an hour. Definitely recommend him as he can work around your availability.

I had an cockroach infestation in my 2 bedroom apartment, the person came and finished in 15 minutes, for the first few day I didn't see any insect, however after 2 weeks they start showing again, however Neil came to reinforce the apartment. Thank you for coming I will recommend you for sure :)

Neil was friendly responding promptly, and professionally. Reasonable price and Im really happy with the service as well. He came back to check and do the warranty service on Rodent, was very easy to communicate and schedule. After 1 or 2 weeks of service I did not see any bugs in the house or only found dead.
