Jarod was excellent. Turns out we only had a blue tongue not a snake! But he took the time to explain safety tips, show my daughter how to handle the bluey with care, etc. Great fella.

He advised that as the small snake had a black head and black band around its neck, it was a highly venomous juvenille eastern brown snake. They came over, on a public holiday, and safely captured the snake. They then explained how it may have come in to our house (in to my son’s playroom!) and gave us tips on how to prevent it in the future. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and I will be recommending to all my friends.
