I can’t recommend John from Xtermin8er highly enough. It’s clear this is more than just a job—it’s personal. From the moment I reached out, John was prompt, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell he takes great pride in his work. He didn’t just rush through the job—he carefully inspected the property, explained the treatment options, and made sure I understood how to prevent issues in the future. That kind of attention and honesty is rare these days. What stood out most was how approachable and genuine he is. John looks after veterans. So go no further than him. Whether it’s for your annual spray and inspection or redoing a chemical termite barrier, John has everything you need, at a great price.

We booked with Xtermin8er Pest Control after a glowing recommendation from another tradie and we were not disappointed! John called back same day to explain his services and pricing, provide a quote and book us in on our preferred date. He arrived on time, asked about areas of concern and ran through the treatments he was carrying out. He was incredibly thorough and treated more areas than previous pest control ever had. You will find cheaper quotes out there but John and Xtermin8er are worth paying the extra for. John was also fabulous with our over-excitable German Shepherd and we will be using his services for a long time to come. Highly recommend!

John came and gave us advice on the same day he was called on our termite issues. He was very informative and knowledgeable and we booked him in straight away to start the eradication process. We have been with the same company for many years and now have no hesitations in switching and having John coming back and being our regular xterminater. Thank you so much for getting the job done in what was a stressful and difficult situation 😁

We’ve been through the wringer with multiple termite specialists who charged a fortune, tore through walls in the stairwell and two bedrooms, and still couldn’t locate the nest. Then came John. Within 2 minutes of stepping into our home, John pinpointed the exact location of the termite nest - no drama, no guesswork, just pure expertise. His depth of knowledge and experience is unmatched and it shows. John is honest, efficient, and straightforward. No upselling, no unnecessary damage - just someone who genuinely knows what he’s doing and does it exceptionally well. If you are looking for pest control that is professional, trustworthy and effective, John is the one to call. Highly recommended.

We had John come by to take care of a pest control issue at our place. We were dealing with ants and also wanted general pest control. John did a thorough and professional job inside, roofing and outside of the home. The results have been excellent—no more ants, and we've noticed a significant reduction in other insects, including cockroaches. Will book in again next time :)
