We’re based in Spring Mountain and had a really bad ant infestation after all the recent heavy rain – they were everywhere inside and out. I booked a pest control visit and Shem was out the next day. Shem was awesome, friendly and easy to talk to and gave us strategies to help prevent in future. Highly recommend if you’re in the Spring Mountain/Ipswich area and dealing with ants after rain. Shem was lovely to talk with, friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond, we have a pet Blue Tongue and took him to the park with us while Shem treated the home, he took the time to cover his indoor enclosure for me as I had forgotten. And gave sound advice to prevent future pests. Will use Shem again.
