We’re based in Spring Mountain and had a really bad ant infestation after all the recent heavy rain – they were everywhere inside and out. I booked a pest control visit and Shem was out the next day. Shem was awesome, friendly and easy to talk to and gave us strategies to help prevent in future. Highly recommend if you’re in the Spring Mountain/Ipswich area and dealing with ants after rain. We’ll definitely book yearly!

I used Creepy Crawly Pest Control again for an annual pest routine at my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience and service. From the initial call to the treatment day, the team was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. Big shout out to Shem who explained the treatment plan in detail, and provide tips and recommendations to keep the bugs away. Shem arrived on time, was friendly, personal and made sure to treat all problem areas thoroughly. Within a few days, we noticed a significant reduction in activity was completely gone. I especially appreciated his transparency about the fact to ensure everything was under control. Overall, I highly recommend them to anyone needing pest control — fast, effective, and friendly service!

Shem was lovely to talk with, friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond, we have a pet Blue Tongue and took him to the park with us while Shem treated the home, he took the time to cover his indoor enclosure for me as I had forgotten. And gave sound advice to prevent future pests. Will use Shem again.
